No Car Parking

Each household will get a *free* SacRT transit pass. Unfortunately, because of limited parking capacity, CADA is unable to accommodate parking for Sonrisa residents. Residents are welcome to contact the City of Sacramento about street parking permits and off-site parking accommodations through other agencies. The focus of this apartment project is to encourage environmentally sustainable transportation options, such as walking, bicycles, scooters, public transit, and carshare.

Non-Smoking Building

Sonrisa is a non-smoking property. Smoking tobacco, or recreational or medical cannabis is not permitted in residential units or common areas, as well as within 25 feet of the building.

Pet Policy

Sonrisa is a pet-friendly community:

No more than one (1) pet is allowed per apartment.

No pets are allowed without an approved Pet Agreement authorized by Management.

Pets must weigh less than 35 pounds, be spayed or neutered, and have proof of current rabies vaccination.

A $250 pet deposit is required.

Service Animals or Companion Animals (Assistance Animals) are allowed as a Reasonable Accommodation as verified pursuant to applicable law, which are defined as animals that are used to assist, support, or provide service to persons with disabilities.

Maximum Household Size

Because these are microunit apartments (270 SF), for the health and safety of residents, each apartment is limited to two (2) persons.
